Waiver

Please print out the Policies and Waiver form.
Food and Medication
You may bring your own food or we will provide it.
Proof of Vaccinations
Dogs - DHLPP-CV, Bordetella and Rabies.
Bedding, Blankets, Toys, Chews, Crates if they fit
Please bring whatever items that will make your pet as comfortable as possible. Please remember the items must fit in the dog runs.
